sounds like youre on your way. You should definetly pull the snorkel and let those pipes breath. The snorkel sits on top of the airfilter with a 2 inch extension forward and runs down inside the filter about 1/4 inch of the bottom. Removing it will give you more airflow. So if you do that, youll have to turn out your mixture screw a bit for more fuel flow to balance aout the increased airflow which in turn will give you more power....................it dosent end there.
