I've searched the disussion for tire suggestions since I'm a new Tiger owner ('99) and I hate to ask about tires. Here goes:
I just returned from a ride down the Blue Ridge Parkway and Deals Gap (1002 miles for the weekend) and feel I will need new tires before long. The bike handled great on The Dragon (fullly loaded with camping gear too). I even scraped both pegs ever slightly in the tight corners! I'm on the OEM Michelin T66 and they feel great but wanted to see what other riders suggest. I like a high mileage tire that's dependable on both dry/wet and occasional dirt. Metzler Tourance maybe?
