It was on the cards for the best day of the week today, hence I took the Tiger into work again.
It was also very chilly at 7 this morning and I had to use the heated grips again.
It appears that the limited movement I obtained from slackening everthing was just sufficient to give the clearance to stop the throttle binding.
I didn't have to space out the bar end.
However I do agree with BigD there must be a hole and nib. I did notice there is a wire going into the bars which I assume must be for the heated grips.
The nib would be to stop the throttle body cutting the wire if moved to far.
