You're right...fuse position 1. A little confusing when looking at the diagram on the plastic fuse cover.
That puts my mind at ease about how severe the problem could be.
I don't recall hearing the relay click when I hit the button after I replaced the fuse twice.
...just had my coffee...looking at the Sprint Service Manual Elec. Diagrams and wondering if my rubber relay strap finally let go...going out to check now.
And yes, the bike is under warranty.
...the relay strap is intact and first visual inspection of harness looks OK...off to the dealer...I'll let them check for broken wires or shorted coils.
