Scottoiler works damned fine for me. We have a fairly extreme mix of wet, dry, hot, cold conditions here (when there's not a drought) . The oiler keeps the chain quiet and the sprockets wet (and probably cures arthritis too) and saves me having to remember to lube the chain (not a small thing as I get more feeble minded). Before I had that I used Fuchs aerosol chain lube or the Shell aerosol product both of which stuck fairly well.
