I added an in-line automotive fuel filter BEFORE inspecting the filters in my tank. They really ARE fine..... ain't nothing gonna get past those things!

Someday I'll be taking the additional filter outa the mix, AND inspecting the filter in my tank.... just based on.

As suggested above, it's pretty annoying IF NOT DANGEROUS to hafta wait so danm long for the reserve to kick in! That extra filter just gets in the way. It's not cool to be sputtering for about 3/4's mile before you get enough gas to accelerate outa harms way.
