Dear all,

The right front fork from my '96 Sprint is leaking oil. So now I would like to renew the oil seal and oil from both forks. In my recently bought Haynes service & repair manual for Triples and Fours I have read/studied the way to repair the forks. But I have still a few questions about this repair job:
1. How many oil do I really need for a fork? Bought now 2 littre.
2. Does anyone have a more specific front fork detail, on page 6.9 (Haynes) I can see a detail but I really do not understand the way the front fork works.
3. What's the best way to unscrew the fork top bolt?
4. What's the best way to compress the spring so the fork top bolt can be screwed/tightened?

Many thanks in advance,
Dennis de Clerck
