I had heard about the stock inline jobbie getting clogged, and when I looked at mine sure enough it had stuff in it, not enough to block flow but definitely crappy. So I took it out and ran some quality hose and a automotive type inline filter, and that works fine.
Except if you dont pay attention and turn on reserve at the first stumble, it'll take longer to get fuel, as I found yesterday. Not a deal buster perhaps, but something to look out for. Maybe a smaller filter would be better
