Well, my friend and I finally got some good weather to change the forks out on the bike. Honestly, it was so quick, we were waiting for something to go wrong. It took us longer to build some frames to lift the bike than anything.



You can't really see it, from the small file, but the rider-right fork is already on. You can see the smaller, 4.5" lights that I had bought and installed. I like the look of the smaller housings and such.



And, a view from the front of the bike after we had it all together and sitting outside:

I installed the fender I had bought from a board member later in the afternoon and buttoned up the wires a little more. Have to still splice in some quick-connects for the replacement lights. Progress is progress!
