Geoffs' got it on the money. The TOR set up on my bike (a 790) was 115 main & 40 Pilot, with the needle drilled ever slightly. Did the air box replacement and intake manifolds last fall and it went up to 150 with 42 pilots and a shim on the needles. The big thing was the mixture screw inside the carb needed to be reset to 2 turns out from closed as the thing dropped dead at 5000 rpm before it was adjusted. Now the bike is getting the 904 and cams, so we will see.
