You bought the TORs new right? Triumphs answer is jets come with TORs if they are required.
Rejetting was not required on my 05 Thruxton with no other mods.
I am about to remove my airbox and replace with K&N cone filters. This will require rejetting. Whether there is benefit or no is up to you.
