Thanks for the replies. I just needed to vent for a bit...it's been pretty frustrating.
The dealer seems to have good customer relationships from what I've heard and experienced.
What is more frustrating is that it does occasionally seem to work itself out.....then I love it and have a great time cruising around on her.
I'm hoping the relationship can be saved.....
