jhusman Senior Member 250 Grand Prix Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Richardson, Tx Posts: 110	Mine came with a tether too, and I don't use it. I ride pretty fast now and again, and the bag has never moved. I bet it's a lawyer thing - although if you go on the highway, I'm willing to bet that it would be a pretty good idea to have it.
