Hello all,

Please indulge me as I'm in the group here that is slowly learning to wrench on my own bike. I've read over the past couple years all about the F3 forks and how well they perform. My question is, what is it that makes these forks so great?

Coming from a 1970 Triumph Trophy, the Thruxton is obviously a far superior ride to me. Thus, when I hear about how badly the stock suspension is, I have a hard time comparing as I've not ridden anything better than the Thruxton. I accept that the stock setup leaves much to be desired and as time and finances permit, hope to modify my suspension amongst other things.

Lastly, is this the link below what we'd be looking for?

Ebay Link

Thanks for any input...
