Those are tough questions to answer.

Some people have 16 17 18 19 tooth countershaft sprockets which affect the rpm's. Also if the rear sprocket has been changed to another size that would also affect the rpm's.

I have a 19 tooth c/s sprocket on my T100 and 75 mph is around 4500 rpm in 5th gear as best as my memory serves me. I don't normally ride at speeds much greater than 75. So I can't tell you about higher than that.
