I'm about to install an auxilliary power socket on my '06 T-100. To do this, I have to remove the gas tank. The instructions say 1) turn off fuel tap and disconnect hose from tap, 2) remove fuel tank mounting bolts, 3) disconnect breather hose, 4) remove tank.

My tank is full now. Wouldn't disconnecting the hose from the tap end up spilling the gas from the tank? Is it really as simple as the instructions make it sound? Can someone post a detailed step-by-step?

thanks,
Michael
