I got rid of the stock bulb for a silverstar...good bulb, much improved night vision. Recently I bought a PIAA H4 Ion Crystal bulb, it's paritially yellow in color.
Havent had a chance as of yet to run at night so I'm unsure of visability...but the yellow look's cool. It's also out of the ordinary, which may or may not improve the odd's of being seen.
