After the last couple of tyre changes I'm also on BattleWings front and back, very much because of your recommendations Jim. The big miles on the Tiger has so far been done two up, and although I'm not in any way a tyre connosieur I've made the following conclusions:

- BW'ings probably the best tyre all round I've tried so far.
- Michelin Anakees possibly had more grip, but wear rate was high, rear was shot after 4k+ miles (a lot of this was two up w. luggage).
- Tourances were just as good as the Anakees, but I did suffer from vibrations and resulting wobbles (never full one tank slappers, but still). Probably got 5k-6k miles out of the rear Tourance, I don't tend to use the anchors too hard, rather downshift and engine brake a lot, hence front has always outlasted rear by 2k-3k.

For the next few tyre changes I'm going to stick with the BW's, now that my wife has her own bike it's going to be interesting seeing what sort of mileage I'll get one up compared to what you're all getting.
