Not one thing, but...
TuneBoy, followed closely by aftermarket silencers (no specific brand, but cheaper is good).
Both have great bang for the buck. Together they complement each other well and make the riding experience greatly improved.
I still think powdercoating the odd silver parts is one of the best asthetic things that you can do for the Speed Triple. If you can handle a grinder and welder well, then header work is an easy choice as well.
Aftermarket seat - big improvement over stock.
