Have you looked at Jabra? They have a bluetooth converter that could go on your XM radio model number A120 and it has a matching headset. Older XM radios should present no problems with FM modulation, but the newer ones have weaker FM modulators which may not work so well with the receiver in your headset.

I prefer the Sirius service over XM
