Yo. I have a '95 that I just recently picked up. Glad to see some other folks with the origional! I love mine now, but it needed a little help, especially with the suspension.
For OEM stuff,
www.bikebandit.com has everything. Just click Triumph -> Speed Triple -> Carbs. I have ordered a lot from them and the Triumph gear can take a while (they even say this on their page), but they havn't let me down yet.
As for aftermarket stuff, ebay occasionally has pipes and things. Mine has quite a bit of work done to it (most of which I cant take credit for). But it is set up as a track bike (pics in my members forum).
