When I was looking for a Daytona, I called the Joliet dealer and asked some simple questions on the phone about basic OTD price, service and the salesman wouldn't give me any info without getting a life history. He copped a real attitude because I told him I just wanted to compare price and service and my personal information wasn't important at that time. I ended up hanging up on him and called MCC. MCC is a great dealer and goes out of their way to try and give you what you want. They made a few legit errors in my purchase and made it very very right for me. It really is a shame that dealers aren't held more accountable for their poor treatment of customers and potential customers (Joliet). I may have to ride a long way to get to MCC, but at least I know I'll get the service I want.
