LoVel Senior Member SuperBike Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Birmingham Alabama U.S.A. Posts: 1,653	That is not normal if the face shield is down. Buy a new helmet. I have a SHOEI and an HJC and they both are lockable but even unlocked neither one has ever opened up when I looked over my shoulder.
