Yup...they are pop-rivets. I just used a drill and drilled them out when I did my fender eliminator kit. You can, as mentioned before me, grind the heads off the rivets and have the same result. I took the entire seat fairing off to gain access to everything and this of course makes it much easier to get the bits of rivet out. BTW...it does look a LOT better without the reflectors! Next on the list...smaller turn signals!
