mine are held on with what looks like pop-rivets. the heads could be ground off with a dremel from underneath but then the top part of the rivets are above the undertray rolling around. with my luck, that would be like a black cloud hanging over my head. i figure to leave the reflectors alone until i chop the rain gutter 'cause the back will be apart at that time.

i know one guy who just snapped the reflector brackets off leaving the flat part with rivets flush against the undertray in place. not noticable unless one were to bend down and look up under his bike.
