Hmmm, maybe it would be better all-round if Triumph had a better way of communicating things to their customers - good AND bad. And for that matter maybe their dealers should be better educated on the product, the person I bought my new ST from knew SFA about the Sprint and the *issues* they have had over the years.
I'm not at all happy that it's taken Triumph this long to do something about a serious problem, and that they have ignored my correspondence on the matter, and that I'm being refused the *fix* before I get some stupid letter. I'm heading off on holidays on my bike in two weeks, obviously now it will be with the thought in the back of my mind that the rear suspension linkage could fail.
