Hi Mick, just sent an email off to Triumph tonight, I was on the same as Rus coming back from Port, when he had the trouble with the suspension.
Any way I made it home in one piece, the next day checked my suspension the bolt on rocker arm was bolt bent, needle bearing shot and one inner race or sleeve shattered.
Was supplied with a new rocker arm and bearing etc by Triumph.
Put the suspension back together using a grade 12 high tensile bolt, guess what it was starting to bent.
Know a bike wrecker who has an 05 Sprint, been thinking of getting the rocker arm and putting in a large bearing, plus bigger bolt and putting in a grease nipple.
