Hi Terry,

If you wanted further advice on the S3 Challenge you could try Jack Lilley, as they took part in the series and also offered for sale a number of parts for the race bikes - they are very helpful (email & phone). JL also supply WP shocks.

[On adjusting the ride height, I think JL also offer adjustable dog-legs - but I would try adding 10mm to the pull-thru of the front forks first, to sharpen up the steering further].

My shock does have the reservoir/adjuster. I have removed the intake ducts (they did not appear to give any benefit) and attached it to the rail under the seat, where the duct would nornally route.

I have a mechanic friend who set the shock up for me. He won the Manx many years ago, and for him to set the suspension up for me, was too good an opportunity to pass up - I fitted the WP front progressive spings too.
