What you are reading is real world differences for bikes that are manufactured to be nearly alike. The best advice I can give is to start with the jets supplied with the silencers and airbox removal kit--then get it on a dyno with EGA to get the correct jetting and needles for your setup. Jetting usually varies widely between 790cc and 865cc 360 degree motors with similar mods. The jetting can vary quite a bit between motors with the same cc's and like mods; hence, the recommendation to get bonnie on a dyno with EGA.
