I am curious as to why if you live in Oklahoma, you would not take your bike to one of the dealers there?????? Why go all the way to Wichita when there are two dealers closer?????
Nothing you are describing sounds like any experience I have had at Bikers Edge. I have three Bonnies and have ALL my service work done there. They have been nothing but extremely professional and ALWAYS deliver the work on time if not sooner. They have been the greatest to work with.

My next bike will be definitely purchased and serviced at Bikers Edge. I don't care if I move, they have won my loyalty as a customer. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly
