I filed a complaint with BBB on a certain Tulsa dealer to no avail. The dealer did not bother to answer the BBB. They have an unresolved dispute listed on the BBB website, I think it stays for 2 years. It carries more weight if they are a member. Good luck.

It actually carries less weight if they are a BBB member because the BBB will support their members over the public. A few years ago I complained to the BBB about Best Buy ripping me off over a non-motorcycle related transaction where they charged me for something I neither ordered nor received. The BBB worked with Best Buy and myself, decided I should remain ripped off, closed their books and told me to stop complaining. I then took Best Buy to small claims court, easily beat them there and finally got my money back. I dropped the BBB a note to let them know Best Buy was wrong, but they never responded.
In most states it's pretty fast, easy and inexpensive to just take the rascals to small claims court and forget the BBB. ( In California, the court date was only about a month after filing.) Keep good records of all your direct and indirect (like hauling your bike home) costs and present them to the judge. Don't forget to add court costs. I have done it several times.
