Well, seeing as the original post was regarding Sunday 10/ 1, I'll relate my story... 406.4 miles on my T100 in the Fall edition of the "Slimey Crud Motorcycle Gang Cafe Racer Run".
Riding around the twisty , hilly backroads of Southwest Wisconsin to find the dot on the map called "Leland". It was a great day for a ride, and the group that was assembled were a good group to ride with. The ride was topped off with a dash from Janesville Wi. to Chicago to beat a thunderstorm. We ran neck and neck with the storm, even got sprinkled on twice, but we ultimately beat it to the Windy City by about 15 minutes.
Next year, for one of the 2 runs, I'll trailer my '67 to a nearby town and enjoy the roads to and atmosphere in Leland while riding my antique Meridan Triumph, instead of my Hinkley Triumph.
