Sorry to hear about than man, The folks at Manayunk (right?) are a nice bunch of guys so I'm sorry to hear that you are in this situation with no movement on getting the bike ripped down, diagnosed and fixed (under warranty of course). Sorry about the bus thing. SEPTA sucks big time! The worse public transit system in the western world!
I hope this gets rectified or you get a unexpected large bonus from your employer and you can get a second backup scoot (we can all dream cant we).
