A 904 would only be 39cc for me. I'm not sure if that plus the extra bit of compression would make much difference, but the cams would be zero work as opposed to the BB. No way i'd do that. But since i have to do the valve adjust soon i just figured throwing the cams in would be no extra work and therefore eliminate one of the 2 evils of engine mods........money/labor. But it's not so much that i'm looking to beef up the low end. Yes, i'd like to but i'm ok with it. My point was that $1k is a lot of cash when all you get for it is the last 1.5k RPM's of your bike's range. If they were $300 i'd already have them.
