The Honda ST is very nice. I drove a friend's recently and was impressed by how comfortable it is for long rides. He had complained about it being too harsh after his first 200 mile ride. I said "Get on my bike (S3) for 50 miles and tell me which one you want to ride the rest of the way home." We switched after 50 and were both happier. He rides very cautiously and slow. I don't. Still, I can understand the attraction to the Honda, but I want a white Tiger.
