Hey guys, twin owner sayin' "hi."
Did 1000 miles this weekend on the Bonnie (ouch). It's definitely time to give my baby a touring brother to share the garage with. I'll be picking up an '07 Sprint ABS in Phantom Black as soon as I can get my hands on one. Looking forward to getting to know you all.

I think it's safe to say you'll like the experience. I just got back into it in July (after a 28 year hiatus while the kids grew up) and I love my Sprint. People tell me it's a potent package but after taking a 5-day, ~1900 mile tour through Oregon, Idaho and Montana a month ago, I just can't imagine being happy with anything less than 100+ hp. Do I sound like a snob? Hope not, I don't mean to. I'm just saying the Sprint is fun for canyon carving day trips and is also a very capable traveling rig.
Five days and I never found reason to complain about my bike's seat (stock).
In fact, I haven't come home from a ride disappointed yet.
Scratch that. I arrived home from a $94 dealer-done oil change disappointed (made the switch to full synth that time). From now on I'll do the oil changin' meself.

P.S. Oh yeah, the $200 rear tire at 4200 miles was a rude awakening, too. Nobody told me motorcycling in the new millennium was going to be strictly a rich man's hobby...
