It doesn't work. Oh, launching in second will keep the front end down, but it will also slow your ET considerably and is hard on your clutch. You have to slip the clutch so much that you just creep off the line and it's difficult to keep from killing the engine. It's quite a different animal from a MX bike.
On a side note I had my best reaction time ever last night: .001 seconds. Almost a perfect light!
