I have a pair of the Motorolla HS830's.

They are OK, but hard to hear over about 45-50 MPH.

Others say they can hear me fairly well though, so the foamed boom mic must be doing a decent job of cutting down wind noise. I'm going to try to rewire it for a set of earbuds instead of the supplied pancake speaker that mounts into the helmet. Hopefully this will block the noise and better direct the sound so they are more useable.

My GF has one on her helmet and we can use them in intercom mode or I can use it to send and receive phone calls via by bluetooth phone.

Small, light, fairly inexpensive, no wires, but certainly not perfect.

If I can't improve it by using the earbuds, I may look into something like the Starcom or other systems.
