Do you know the part number for the later tune codes? It may actually be the same codes. Make sure you don't put codes for a bike with secondary air injection into a bike that doesn't have that. It will run badly if you do. The dealer who services your bike should be able to tell you which codes are in the bike and whether the S4 has had any updates.
