Most probably your stock chain (of 106 links) will be just right. If you want to play it safe you can count the links on the stock chain and get one with 1 (male+female) link extra.
Or go the normal route: get a chain with generous extra and cut it down to size at home. You will need to rivet a new connecting link on the chain anyway, so cutting a few links off first won't really add to your work.
