I bought them over a year ago to replace a great pair of BMW touring boots. I wanted waterproof. I asked my dealer about ordering what I thought was my size--sure, no problem, but a 20% restocking fee if they weren't the right size. A week later, I was in Cleveland and went to Akron Cleveland Honda-Triumph. They had everything. I tried on Diadoras, Sidis, and the Triumph, and got the latter. They are extremely well made (Italian quality equal to the BMWs), extremely comfortable on and off the bike, and surprisingly, comfortable even when the temps hit 90F. I wear them with merino wool ski socks in the late fall and early spring, and they are plenty warm then.
I agree that Triumph would do well to post better photos on the website and to encourage dealers to carry the stuff.
