My local BMW dealership seems to dislike Triumph alarms - mine regularly refuses to disarm when I'm up there. First time it happened I rang the head honcho at my Triumph dealer. He recommended holding the plipper against the r/o/s tailpiece as this is the closest spot and then pressing and holding the arm/disarm button until the alarm disarms. Works everytime, including when the battery in the plipper has been on the way out.
