Hi all,
Just traded for an '05 Blue Sprint ST - 5000 miles, everything appears to be 100%.
So far, I'm in love w/ the Triumph and it's performance - I do have a few questions:
1. The brakes on this bike work great - they haul the bike down from 100-120 w/ no problem and the lever response feels normal. After reading numerous threads about front brake problems, are there any potential problems I should be looking for ???
2. Same thing regarding heat coming from the motor - it's noticeable but not serious. Have many of you added the foam pieces or do most have no issue w/ excessive heat???
3. How many owners do the 6000 mi service themselves, is it more common to have the dealer do this (I have worked on my own bikes for many years) ???
