Dunlop K70's are available from Dennis Kirk, Shade Tree and I'm pretty sure Competition Accessories. They are also available from British Cycle Supply, British Only and Waldridge. It surprises me that you seem to be having a problem locating one. In a pinch, you could order a Cheng Shin K70 copy from JC Whitney, it's a harder compound and doesn't handle quite the same, but it's close and looks right.

TIRE MOUNTING TIP: Lay new tires out in the hot sun for about an hour or two before you mount them, it helps to make them pliable. If its cold outside, place the tire right next to the heater for a while or place a hair dryer on high heat blowing inside the tire to warm the tire up. Warm tires mount easier.
