The main highlight of our trip last week was to get to Maggie Valley, NC, and visit Dale and his Wheels through Time Museum. We were drown getting there, and going back to the motel, but it was well worth the effort. Almost all of his bikes and cars are in running condition and he started a few of them and ran them around the museum. A really nice guy with a genuine passion for antique bikes and cars.
A visit to Maggie Valley and the Museum is a must for any one who loves classic and antique bikes -- and it is smack dab in the middle of the highest mountains in the east, on the footstep of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
