I have been thinking about the great deal recently posted here on the corbin seat. I just bought the Triumph Gel seat for more than the new price on the corbin. I always thought I would use the then 'cheaper" triumph gel seat until I could save up enough for the sargent. I read somewhere that the seams on the corbins weren't as good as the used to be so I was leaning toward the sargent.
Now, for cheaper than the Triumph Gel I can get a corbin and it's eating away at me! I like the comfort of the gel seat but can't stand how hot it gets in the sun.
I would appreciate your opinions of the corbin vs. the sargent. Any comparison based on the gel would help since that's what I currently have. I don't really plan on doing much 2 up riding so the passenger comfort isn't that important. The one concern is that the corbin seat looks like it might be a little lower than the stock or gel seat. Being 6' I don't want to lower my riding position.
Does this seat fit on an '03 ST for sure???!!! I've read some posts that say that it "should" fit but I don't want to be stuck witha seat that doesn't fit
BTW--Don't bother mentioning anything about the stock torture seat...I already know!
