Thanks for the comments - I'm thinking about making a custom hat from the piece of the rear fender that was removed, putting some graphics on it - something along the lines of "Bonneville Fender Bobbers - Short is Beautiful" or some such, and raffling it off here - will keep ya'll posted.
Lox - I have fresh cutting wheels, your new bike, wherever it's found, is up next...
