only complaint is noise, much louder than non flip up but most flip up helmets are ( wear ear plugs, end of problem)
I bought mine in the UK and wore it all the time, to include a recent 1900 mile one way trip and return 6 months later.
Never once had a problem with rain, and I have worn it in Jet fighter conversion mode ( which is cool as all get out with black shade down) but I like the flip up, I can wear it up in slow traffic and down for normal use
