I don't know how to paste pics into a post (or if there even is a way)..... But I was planning to put a few pics out on the site anyway, so I emailed one to Shawn and asked him to open an album for me.
Once he (and Mick can do it as well) has set it up, then you get admin rights to upload further pics and edit your album.
Regarding links in posts, if you click on the URL button when creating your post, it will prompt you for the address. Next it asks you for the text to display, and then it embeds the link in the post at the point where the cursor was when you clicked on the URL button.
Re the grip, I cut the flange down with a craft knife and then gave it a quick sand with the Dremel.
