Now that summer has finally shown up in England, the first thing that i manage to do is go for a high side, land on concrete flagstones on my head and shoulder smashing my helmet , shoulder blade and a rib for good measure as well as numerous bruises and grazes.
my bike bounced and flipped a couple of times but all it shows is a couple of new minor scrapes.
So, should be back in the saddle just as the weather breaks
by the way i should mention that my trident was safe and sound in the garage at home. i did all the damage riding a single speed mountain bike.
